Salt and Pepper Kale Chips
Ingredients
1 bunch kale, large stems removed (curly or tuscan aka dinosaur kale)
olive oil spray
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Wash and dry kale leaves and tear into bite size pieces and arrange in a single layer on a half sheet pan.
Spritz with olive oil spray and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper (or to taste). Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges of the kale start to caramelize.
Cool completely. Store in an airtight container. Munch away!
