Corned Beef Hash
If you have corned beef and potatoes leftover from last night's Irish St. Patrick's Day celebration dinner, whip up this awesome breakfast. No recipe needed, just chop up the corned beef and potatoes into tiny pieces, then fry them up in a searing hot cast iron skillet with a little vegetable oil, tossing and turning until the potatoes are nice and brown. Top with a perfectly cooked egg and your loved ones will think you're the best, and you are.
